In 2011 Habets started an educational programma with the Chamber of Commerce in Aachen (Germany), the technical school in Düren (Germany) and 3 other Dutch companies to educate 6 young germans to machining operators.
In the beginning of 2015 they all graduated the programme and are now official "Facharbeiter".
